The application should include the following information and materials:
The proposal and other accompanying/supporting materials are presented to the Ethics office and sent to ethics@jkuat.ac.ke.
The accompanying/supporting material shall include:
- Application form
- Plagiarism report
- Proposal (email – In word format:docx) (physically – binded)
- Reviewers’ address form for PIs
- Undergraduate Reviewers address form for PIs (Only undergraduate)
- Progress report form
- Detailed CV/Bio-sketch
- A JKUAT slip produced on submission. Once youve paid in the bank (check payment page for bank details and costs), proceed to the JKUAT Finance Office for processing of the JKUAT Slip (externally funded studies will be invoiced)
