The application should include the following information and materials:
The protocol and other accompanying/supporting materials are sent to ethics@jkuat.ac.ke or via the ISEREC submission portal Here. Only E-Copies are allowed.
The accompanying/supporting material shall include:-
Proposal (In word format)
Reviewers address form for PIs
Undergraduate Reviewers address form for PIs (Only undergraduate)
Progress report form
Detailed CV/Bio-sketch
A scanned copy of the Bank (Kenya) receipt produced on submission (externally funded studies will be invoiced) payments are expected once funds are availed
