The application should include the following information and materials:
The proposal and other accompanying/supporting materials are presented to the Ethics office and sent to ethics@jkuat.ac.ke.
The accompanying/supporting material shall include:
- Application form
- Plagiarism report
- A JKUAT slip produced on submission. Once you’ve paid in the bank (check the payment page for bank details and costs), proceed to the JKUAT Finance Office for processing the JKUAT slip (externally funded studies will be invoiced).
- Proposal (spiral bound) (email – in word format: docx)
- Progress report form (for renewals)
- Detailed CV/biosketch (for Projects, PHDs & Masters only)
